WarcraftPets.com is a World of Warcraft fansite for players who wish to collect a variety of the game's "companion" pets. It's the first site of it's kind, enabling WoW players to track and share their virtual collections online. The site launched in April 2007, hosted by a curious little gnome named Breanni. Breanni is actually a real character played by Brian Brolin, the site's creator.
Today, WarcraftPets features a number of tools and guides to help pet collectors at any level get the most out of their pet collecting experience. Additionally, the site is home to more than 55,000 members who have collected a combined total of over 3.5 million pets!
Meet the Team
Real Name: Brian
Role: Founder / Lead Developer
Brian (better known to the WoW community as Breanni) is the founder of WarcraftPets.com, as well as the site's Lead Developer. Just like his gnomish counterpart, Brian is always tinkering with something. In most (but not all) cases, that tinkering leads to improvements.
Over the years, Brian's creativity has sparked comic strips, short films, board games, musical compositions, and other websites. Note that many of those sites deal with boring topics, such as bariatric surgery and chemical standards— neither of which is as fun as collecting pets (...or so we've been told). More »

Real Name: Melissa
Role: Content Manager
Melissa, a longtime fan of WarcraftPets.com, joined the administrative team in September 2008. As Content Manager, she keeps the site up-to-date with the latest and greatest pet-related news.
Just like Sateena, her WoW alter ego, Melissa loves animals of all sorts and sizes. She devotes a lot of time to her own pet companions, whose numbers include five cats, four turkeys, dozens of chickens, a leopard gecko, and a hedgehog! Melissa also enjoys watching movies and playing board games and video games (especially WoW!) with her husband and daughter.

Stupid human trick: Can make a noise in her throat that sounds just like a crying baby.
Strangest fortune cookie: “What a dog you got. His favorite bone is in my arm!”

Real Name: Curtis
Role: Community Leader
Curtis, a.k.a. Doobjanka, has been an avid pet collector since he started playing WoW. He began his pet collecting endeavors with a single Panda Cub from the original CE and hasn't looked back since.
He has a real life companion named Rupert, a Lhasa Apso, who's five years old. Of course Rupert doesn't play WoW, but he does play with a tennis ball, which Curtis can easily throw for him while playing WoW, so it works out well for both of them. Curtis also collects DVD's, with a collection of more than 1200 and growing.
