Finally putting up with archaeology to get a pet... maybe two if the silly fossil sites would spawn.

One thing to note is that in addition to a unique skin on this bird, it also has unique vocalizations when you click on him.

It seems that all the bird pets have unique sounds although a couple do have duplicate trained whistles.

I got one as a drop off of a Skymane Bonobo on the Jauguar Isle today. (Hope that helps some of you farming)

Re: Plump Turkey

How odd.... Spring Rabbit and Plump Turkey will fall in love and make baby rabbits. But poor lonely turkey. (from the turkey caller) gets no action.

Update July 2010: It appears they have corrected the turkey and spring bunny making baby bunnies. My turkey was unlucky in bunny-love today.

Re: Grunty

Be aware that Grunty can be a rather loud pet with his missile firings and gun shooting animations, which he does ALOT. While this makes him incredibly fun, it can also make him a bit distracting if you are also trying to listen to other sounds such as vent conversations or game sounds.
