About Taelia:
I play on the EU Emerald Dream server in a spiffy little guild that I've been with since virtually the beginning of retail. A large chunk of my pets are split between Taelia and Asterisk, who are currently my only two level 70 characters.
I've always had very little patience for raiding, as my attention span just isn't built to stick to the same thing for 3-4 hours at a time, so I've always looked for alternate methods of keeping wow fun.
Those methods including: Fishing up vast quantities of deviate fish, and sharing them out amongst my guildies at odd events; farming ogre tannins because I have a silly love for the ogres; running peoples' alts through deadmines whenever I can because, like the goonies, deadmines never gets old to me; and last but certainly not least, collecting fun pets!
Favourite Pet: It depends on the minute, but some of my very favourites include Mini Diablo, the Dragon Kite, Lurky (I could click on it for hours to hear the cutesy murloc noises), Wolpertinger, Disgusting Oozeling (back in the old days, used to be fun to watch pallies frantically trying to cleanse you), Mojo, Willy, Hyacinth Macaw, Tranquil Mechanical Yeti, and Snarly (it's fun to say).. And I've just had to stop myself from listing 20 more pets. They're all so great, it's hard to decide!
Favourite Add-on: Minipet (followed closely by Altoholic)
Current goals:
1. Enough time has passed that I should be able to start working on husband faction again (hmmm... robotic homing chicken?)
2. Since my collection is split over multiple characters, I'm going to try to start re-farming pets for my main and favorite alts in anticipation of the xpack.. maybe. :P
@Everyone: Good luck with your current goals, and don't forget that stubbornness will always win over bad luck - eventually. :)
