Id heard mutterings of JCing and Enchanting being amputated in WoD, but its still a shock moment to see just what they are becomming. I am glad Ive powerleveled Leatherworking, as it seems to be a far more useful proffession choice now.

There are no more primary stat gems. Only secondary stat gems.
The changes mentioned on the page is sure going to massively rock the crafting economy of WoW. Definitely seems to promote armor crafting proffessions, since armor will be the primary thing to aquire, due to inbuilt stat changing. Plus as heard otherwhere, armor crafts being able to proc random bonus tertiary stats and low chance for an epic craft.
Back at Blizzcon there was mentions of JCers and Enchanters getting other things to sell to make up for the lowered income from gems and enchants. Trinkets and caster gear respectively.
