Mulgore Hatchling

This quick-reference guide will help you determine when to hunt down any WoW small pets that are obtained through in-game events. Note that only those Warcraft events that provide opportunities to collect small pets have been included in this calendar.

August 2009: Added the new Northrend Children's Week pet rewards, the Curious Oracle Hatchling and the Curious Wolvar Pup to the guide. Note that this content will occur in May beginning in 2010.

As seen in the key above, pets with a solid red border are bind-on-pickup and only available for a limited time each year. Therefore, you'll want to make sure you devote some time during the event to do whatever's necessary to obtain the pet.
