Jenafur is the reward from a WoW Secret. A player that was part of the Make-A-Wish Foundation visited Blizzard and helped create this puzzle.
Players must first speak with Amara Lunastar in Ashenvale. Afterwards, an empty pet dish found in Donni Anthania's ("Crazy Cat Lady") house in Elwynn Forest must be clicked on. Head to Karazhan after completing these two steps.
Inside Karazhan there are interactable foods laid out in various places. You'll need to collect certain meats and place them in specific locations and order in the Opera Hall (may require defeating the Opera Event and clearing out the mobs in the audience section).

This cat is known for her lies, ignore her sweet meows.
With a great sorrow I need to tell that Amara Strande, whom this very pet and the surrounding puzzle have been created for, passed away on April 14th this year as the liver cancer plaguing her for almost six years progressed beyond treatments. Her love for music was with her until the end. May she rest in peace and find comfort at last.
An article in Minnesota Reformer (CW: the details of her affliction) made an incredible job of disclosing who she was, and what her persistence has led to.
New whisper from Jenafur tonight, "Feed me Souls". Going to hafta watch out for this kitty.
She have classic cat interaction if you target her and /sit she will jump on your knees (to check how tasty your eyes actually are it seems).
just in case you check here instead of wowhead. there is no time limit for putting the food down or in what order you put them in the correct spots. all that matters is that you put them down correctly while in the dungeon. so dont worry about despawning food or if you cant find the food quick enough.

Thank you to the discord for solving this with the final clue from Amara! Jenafur is such a cutie patootie, and I'm so glad I finally have her! I'm also glad I don't have to go to Kara anymore to try and figure this out... lol
Jenafur has several emotes she randomly does. She meows, meows loudly!, purrs, and occasionally she will turn tentacly and whisper scary things like "Your flesh smells delicious" and "Your eyes look tasty" (among others). When you click on her, she has the normal chonky kitty sounds, but also occasionally an otherworldly/voidy sound followed by an innocent meow. Also, occasionally when summoned, a brief part of the "Amara's Wish" musical track will play, provided you have your music turned on.
