This pet is rewarded from a quest during the Augmentation Evoker questchain, which can only be completed by Dracthyr.

To get the breadcrumb quest, Our Destiny, max level Evokers will need to swap to the Augmentation talent specialization in Valdrakken, and then run up the steps of The Seat of the Aspects.

Ok did the quest and got the pet on my drac. Then it disappeared from my list of acquired pets. It shows that I didn't get it but the quest is done. What gives is anyone else having this problem?
