Green Wing Macaw

This is one of the easier and nicer looking low-level pets to farm, Alliance or Horde. I ended out breaking down and buying mine at auction for 30g (an absolute steal, as on my server they're typically 80g and up) but since there's usually five or six at auction at any given time, they can't have too terrible a droprate. Another old world pet that should be snapped up as quick as possible, once Cataclysm hits the Deadmines are being revamped and this beaut might not make the jump.

My cheap replacement for the hyacinth macaw, as i am more interested in leveling up to 80 before i get into serious pet grinding i dont have the time to farm for my dream pet the hyacinth macaw this one makes me happy cause every time i look at it i envision myself with my very own Treasure from the maidens fancy

Very easy to get. Run some low level friends through DM a few times and just ask for this as payment lol. It only took me 3 runs to get.

Amazingly I got this on the very first pirate I killed in my very first Deadmines trip. It is as if it wanted to be with my Tauren Druid. Now I envision my goal to become Azeroths most feared Pirate Druid, but before that will happen, I need to buy or make some pirate clothes.

Or Payt, u can just buy savory deviate delight, because it has a 50% chance to turn you into a pirate or a ninja

This is completely unbelievable! I have reset the instance 4 times with no drop of this beautiful bird. On my fifth reset, and giving up hope I am killing the pirates on the shore and it drops! I kill the last 3 pirates just for fun before I leave the Deadmines forever, AND ANOTHER ONE DROPS! I couldn't believe it a miracle now I have one to give my boyfriend. one of the easiest pets to farm, here's my suggesttion, go thru deadmines and look for the guys with parrots summoned, kill them one by one, easy if u have a very fast bow as a unter and anything that can bring u to them or them to u faster, and check if one drops. got mine in like 40 mins total after soloing the instance at lvl 55, very easy

I started farming for this pet at 55 whenever a guildie had a quest in there or something. After running it about 15 times, no luck. But I ended up with 4 Siamese Cats! Finally, after lots of frustration I found it in my mail box from a friend who was tired of hearing me complain :P

i set out for this pet without buying it got it in my first deadmines run on top of the ship learned it then sold it in the ah for 50g and got the blue clockwork robot lolz

I first got this guy as a bargain in the auction house for 5 gold. Since then however, it's dropped about 5 times for me and I've been able to pass it onto some of my alts.

decided to run through deadmines on my own (lvl 63 mage), can't believe it it dropped for me 3 times.

To prove it can happen, I received my first one on my 4th loot and a second one 2 loots later. My lucky day. Made up for it with 1092 to get the Crimson Whelpling. Happy hunting. I use the Bunny Hunter add to track how many, also to get depressed if the number gets too high. I like to look at this one, much happier.
