Notes:

The [Bag of Fishing Treasures] that drops this pet can be obtained by completing the daily fishing quest [70]Crocolisks in the City. Level 70+ is required to obtain the quest, but a Fishing skill of 1+ is all that's required to complete it. Note that this daily quest is randomly available among four other daily fishing quests.

As of patch 3.2, the drop rate from the [Bag of Fishing Treasures] that drops this pet was improved significantly from around 2% to roughly 60%.

Chuck doesn't kill Fel Reavers — they crumble to dust at the mere sight of him. The developers tried to nerf Chuck... emphasis on the word "tried".

Contrary to popular belief, his tears do not cure cancer. In fact, I have reason to believe the tears he does cry are merely Crocodile tears.

I love fishing, and I'm so glad Blizz made fishing a pet-friendly profession.

Here's to hoping they make cooking pet-friendly and add a Gingerbread Boy... fun times.

Though it says that there is a 1 in 2 drop rate it is a lot harder than it seems to get this little fella. The quest itself only comes around every once in a while, and even then your croc is not guaranteed.

On another note, I think Gwenolyn is on to something.Fishing gives you crocs, Cooking could give you a Gingerbread boy and then they can have a pet for First Aid. They could call it Lil' Doc XD

While the drop rate on these pet has increased it seems the chance for it to be the daily has gone down. It's very rare that this is the daily on my server since the change.

This pet is part of the new special vanity pets tracking achievement which has been data mined from the 3.3 PTR
As Sateena said, "It tracks several of the rarer pets including whelplings, raptor hatchlings, crocolisks and more".

I'm a hunter so i tamed a gray crocolisk just to name him "Norris" and have this pet out :D

In response to user "Holdencaufield" saying the daily comes up less since the droprate was increased, I'll say that it was just his bad luck, the randomization has not changed. On my server, after the drop rate was increased I was getting Crocs as the daily 3-4 times per week, which was MORE than what I had been getting it before. So no, the chance for Crocs to be the daily has not changed.

If u have a lvl 70+ toon u barely play on just log him out by old man and log him to check if quest is up, unless ure a mage which make this a lot easier...

Got Chuck before patch, and after i got the rest in a row, no duplicates.

I picked this little guy up on my first daily! And it only took a few casts in Orgrimmar to get the item for the quest. Easy peasy.
